Join Napco National as a Sales Specialist!In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company's diverse range of products to assigned customers, following group channel guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing feedback on competition activities and submitting suggestions for retaliation if necessary.
- Preparing special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and securing necessary approvals.
- Collecting invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
- Maintaining professionalism in business relations with customers.
- Revisiting lost customers to explore opportunities for regaining business.
- Opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is valid.
- Training customers on using the Napco platform.
- Handling customer complaints and preparing QRAs.
This position requires dedication to customer service and proactive engagement in the sales process to achieve targets.
