Responsibilities:- Supervise the sales team and monitor their daily performance.
- Organize customer visits according to designated routes and distribute tasks amongst the team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by guiding and motivating the team.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and field activities to present to management.
- Follow up on collection processes and ensure customers adhere to payment schedules.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with key customers.
Qualifications:- Minimum of a High School diploma; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 13 years of experience in food or consumer product sales, with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
