Key Responsibilities:- Receive and document all incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Track and resolve any discrepancies in received orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Ensure inventory/supplies are maintained within established levels.
- Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies as necessary.
- Oversee freight handling, equipment movement, and minor repairs.
- Manage supplier relations and facilitate effective communication.
- Create purchase orders and handle low-value procurement activities.
- Manage accountability for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers.
Requirements:- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with storekeeping and warehousing practices.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unaided and engage in physical labor.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationship management.
