About The RoleAs the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and ensuring service excellence. This position focuses on wining clients' trust and providing them with high-quality solutions around Management System Certification and related Training services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales and developing business relationships.
- Structuring sales and business development strategies.
- Identifying and generating business opportunities aligned with DNV services.
- Establishing a local network of partners.
- Participating in local communication actions, including events and trade shows.
- Sustaining customer loyalty and managing queries.
- Contributing to business plans and conducting reviews.

About YouWe require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of working experience in the service industry, including 5 years in a managerial role. Successful candidates will have skills in strategic thinking, excellent communication in English and local languages, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with sectors such as food & beverage, automobile, or ICT is advantageous. You must be adept at managing key accounts and building new clients, displaying resilience and a flexible approach to challenges.
