• Preparing financial reports
• Managing general accounts

• Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
• Familiarize yourself with buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
• Participate in daily briefings and relay information regarding special bookings, VIP guests, promotions, and theme dinners.
• Check the daily mise en place based on service requirements.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and current promotions, providing recommendations to guests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• Proficient communication skills in Russian (priority).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Flexibility for additional hours and tasks.

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
• Calendar management for executives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
• Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Bachelor's degree
• Nationality: Saudi
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
