Job Overview:We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving the success of our organization in this dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Saudi Arabian financial regulations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
