Responsibilities:- Greet clients and conduct consultations to understand their needs.
- Execute all cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services to high standards.
- Maintain detailed service history for each client.
- Provide clients with product recommendations and educate them on home care.
- Attend workshops and events to maintain technical knowledge and promote the brand.
- Achieve service and product revenue targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
Qualifications:- Training Certification in hairdressing (Loreal or Kerastase preferred).
- Minimum three years of salon stylist experience in an international standard salon.
- Expertise in hair coloring techniques, especially Ombre and Balayage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High energy, flexibility, and a friend-focused attitude.
Language Requirements:English is required; Arabic or another language is a plus.
