نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
بصفتك ممثل مبيعات، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ عملية المبيعات، وإغلاق الصفقات، والتخطيط بكفاءة لجدول أعمالك للتواصل مع كل من العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. ستكون قدرتك على تعزيز العلاقات القوية مفتاحاً لدفع نمو الأعمال وتحقيق نتائج إيرادات مثيرة للإعجاب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد العملاء المحتملين وتحديد المواعيد لتوليد أعمال جديدة عبر جميع فئات المنتجات.
  • ملء طلبات المبيعات، وجمع المستندات القانونية اللازمة، وتقديم الطلبات بناءً على قوائم الأسعار.
  • التواصل مع العملاء الجدد داخل المنطقة المحددة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة المبيعات، مثل الإطلاقات الجديدة والعروض الترويجية، لزيادة حصة السوق.
  • مراقبة مخزون العملاء وإعداد الطلبات الإضافية حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان ان يتم تحقيق معايير الشركة من خلال إجراء أبحاث السوق ومراقبة المنافسين.
  • جمع الفواتير والمدفوعات في الوقت المناسب لتجنب حالات التأخير.
  • متابعة بيانات حسابات العملاء لضمان إصدار إشعارات ائتمان وتعويضات مالية في الوقت المناسب.

الملف الشخصي:
يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة، مع 25 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة. الفهم الجيد لمبادئ وممارسات المبيعات، والقدرة على التكيف مع ظروف السوق المتغيرة، وعقلية تركز على العميل تهدف إلى تقديم خدمة ممتازة أمر ضروري. يتطلب الأمر الطلاقة في كل من الإنجليزية والعربية.
