- Oversee all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurants and catering.
- Coach, train, and manage employees within the hotel's organization.
- Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality and guest service.
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the hotel.
- Implement local and national marketing programs.
- Ensure compliance with business operations and legal regulations.
- Develop and manage menus, promotions, and presentations to meet sales goals.
Qualifications: - College or university degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East
- Proficient in computer skills with effective communication abilities in English.
