About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar. This role is crucial in managing the financial operations of the property, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards while driving business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting policies, procurement practices, and financial statement preparation.
Lead the budget and forecasting process to achieve approved targets.
Enhance Finance team performance and develop talent for succession planning.
Deliver accurate business forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
Provide value-added reporting for operational improvements.
Coordinate all audit visits, ensuring proactive follow-up on audit issues.
Maintain strong relationships with apartment owners to align objectives and facilitate approvals.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Experience in audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
