المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تخطيط وتنظيم الرحلات السياحية بما يتناسب مع احتياجات العملاء.
  • التواصل مع الموردين والفنادق والمطاعم لتنسيق الخدمات.
  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول الوجهات السياحية والأنشطة المتاحة.
  • إعداد جداول زمنية للرحلات وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد.
  • تسويق البرامج السياحية لجذب العملاء الجدد.
  • تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للزوار أثناء الرحلة.
  • جمع التعليقات من العملاء لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة.
  • متابعة الاتجاهات في صناعة السياحة لتقديم أفضل العروض.
  • إدارة الميزانيات والتكاليف المتعلقة بالرحلات.
  • تنظيم الفعاليات الخاصة مثل الجولات الثقافية أو الفعاليات الترفيهية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال السياحة أو تنظيم الفعاليات.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
  • شغف بالسياحة والثقافة المحلية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية استثنائية.
  • قدرة على استخدام برامج الحاسوب الخاصة بالتخطيط السياحي.
  • مرونة في التعامل مع التغييرات المفاجئة في خطط الرحلات.
  • قدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة.
  • معرفة جيدة بالوجهات السياحية في مكة.
  • قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحفيز الآخرين.
