نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق استراتيجي ونتائج للقيادة وتنفيذ المبادرات التسويقية. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية فعالة للترويج لخدماتنا، وتعزيز وجود علامتنا التجارية، وتوليد العملاء وزيادة تفاعل العملاء عبر الأسواق الرئيسية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية تتماشى مع أهداف العمل وجمهور الهدف للشركة.
  • تخطيط وإدارة الحملات الرقمية (تحسين محركات البحث، الدفع مقابل النقر، الوسائط الاجتماعية، التسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني) لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتوليد العملاء المؤهلين.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتنسيق الجهود التسويقية مع أهداف الشركة.

  • خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في دور تسويقي، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة خدمات مهنية أو استشارية.
  • فهم قوي لاستراتيجيات تسويق B2B واكتساب العملاء.
  • إجادة أدوات التسويق الرقمي وأنظمة CRM (مثل HubSpot، Google Analytics، إعلانات لينكد إن).
  • مهارات تواصل وكتابة وعرض ممتازة.
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • عقلية إبداعية مع انتباه للتفاصيل ونهج مدفوع بالبيانات.
المهارات المفضلة:
