Join the Medical Skin Treatment Complex team as a Customer Service SpecialistWe are looking for a professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will take on core responsibilities related to developing the customer service system and enhancing the quality of customer interactions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Setting and defining performance and quality indicators and standards in customer service in coordination with the quality department.
- Analyzing information and data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
- Developing creative programs and initiatives to improve service.
- Preparing and presenting customer service documents and reports and archiving them according to approved policies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Customer Service, Public Relations, Executive Secretarial Studies, Advertising and Marketing Communication.
- Professional certifications such as MCSE, MOS, CCNA are considered an additional advantage.
Skills:- Advanced experience in customer service and investigations.
- Reporting and monitoring skills.
- Ability to measure customer feedback and analyze data.
