Join Ninja as a Quality Officer!We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to join our team in the retail sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all warehouse and store operations comply with safety and quality standards while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor warehouse and store operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Inspect products and materials for defects, deviations, or compliance issues.
- Document and address non-conformances in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety practices.
- Prepare quality and performance reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and activities.
Requirements:- 1-2 years' experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution; QC or safety experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and warehouse documentation.
- Experience with WMS and handheld/RF scanners.
- Basic Excel and reporting skills.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Quality or safety certifications are a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, CQIA, CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).
