Job Description:
- Prepare a work plan and schedule.
- Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance.
- Distribute tasks among the team.
- Design training needs for the maintenance team.
- Prepare a preventive maintenance program.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
- Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and track their achievements.
- Develop the skills of the maintenance team and enhance their abilities.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Classify, organize, and document results and work reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MCSE, or CIMA.
Required Skills:
- Machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, supervision, and report preparation.
