- Analyze direct and indirect costs and propose improvement and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Prepare budgets and monitor performance against approved plans.
- Support management in financial decision-making through accurate and reliable reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of cost data.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost accounting (preferred 2 to 5 years).
- Good knowledge of cost accounting systems and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
