Join our team as a Patient Care Technician!We are looking for dedicated individuals to provide essential support to our nursing staff, assisting with both direct and indirect patient care within the designated areas. As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Job Purpose / Objective:To assist nursing staff with patient care and act as a coordinator between physicians and patients/families.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:- Ensure clinic cleanliness and readiness of supplies daily.
- Assist physicians in patient examinations and prepare necessary equipment.
- Organize clinic activities and patient flow.
- Complete necessary documents efficiently and accurately.
- Track patient status and assist with labs and radiology.
- Answer phone calls and visitor inquiries courteously.
- Adhere to patient safety standards set by JCIA/CBAHI.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Initiate emergency measures when necessary.
- Provide necessary patient/family education.
- Maintain required competency and licensing as per MOH regulations.
- Perform nursing procedures such as checking vital signs and ECG pain assessments.
- Attend educational activities and meetings.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
- Completion of a PCT Program.
- Preferably some experience in healthcare; fresh graduates with interest are accepted.
- Valid Saudi Council registration and BLS certification.
