Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets using DMS+ methodology.
- Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns with distributors.
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and maintain operational standards.
- Control overdue accounts and support debt recovery efforts.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in lubricants or B2C sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
