As an Area Sales Manager for the CTS Division, you will lead a dynamic service sales team and play a pivotal role in driving sales of service contracts and advanced services across your territory. Your proactive approach and ability to build strong relationships will contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a high-performing service sales team.
- Grow service contract business and explore new market opportunities.
- Build inclusive relationships across the team and with customers.
- Manage significant service key accounts with ownership and integrity.
- Provide marketing insights to strengthen market position and customer satisfaction.
- Plan team activities to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Ensure accurate CRM records and timely responses to customer needs.
What We Expect from You:
- Minimum five years of experience in industrial sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience in service contract sales, CRM applications, and territory management.
