The candidate must possess outstanding leadership skills and the ability to build effective professional relationships, with full proficiency in English, and must hold a degree in human resources management. He must also be familiar with all Saudi labor laws and government support programs and have experience in how to attract talents according to the needs of the job. The work is fully remote with one weekly visit to the headquarters for direct supervision. The expected number of employees after starting work is 11 employees.
