About the Role
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated MOH Tender Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Al-Qassim Region, covering Al Qassim and Hail, and is essential for the effective execution of Ministry of Health (MOH) tenders and NUPCO operations across the Kingdom. The position involves resolving logistical and administrative challenges, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries for MOH medical supplies and NUPCO Warehouses.
- Support the Bid Manager and team in creating Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) within the INUPCO system and manage appointment scheduling.
- Oversee deliveries to ensure receipts are granted for goods from MOH medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses.
- Conduct site visits to medical supplies and NUPCO Warehouses within the territory to follow up and facilitate deliveries.
- Schedule appointments with all medical supply entities in the area before the end of each quarter to ensure revenue targets for NUPCO tenders are met.
- Collaborate with area team members to support their financial targets by coordinating with the Riyadh warehouse and area operations team for smooth delivery of MOH orders and Marketplace purchase orders.
- Follow up on NUPCO files at various medical supply locations to ensure all company invoices are processed and prepared for payment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with personnel responsible for receiving NUPCO shipments.
- Understand and implement new NUPCO operational requirements for shipment delivery.
- Liaise with the Riyadh warehouse team to ensure reagents are correctly stickered.
- Manage item distribution to regions and oversee inventory follow-up with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team to place purchase orders in the Oracle system.
- Develop customer relationships and partnerships with key decision-makers in major accounts, identifying opportunities to align business directions and position Beckman Coulter as a preferred partner.
- Assist the Finance function with collection-related issues.
- Perform other assigned tasks, including assisting with collections and other government-related duties.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Capability to identify key opportunities to align business directions and position Beckman Coulter as the partner of choice.
- Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned, including assisting with collections and other government-related tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ASN creation and appointment scheduling.
