The special education specialist undertakes the assessment of beneficiaries, the preparation and implementation of individual educational programs and plans according to approved scientific methods, working on developing academic, behavioral, and independence skills, monitoring the progress of beneficiaries and documenting their results, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team and parents to ensure the achievement of rehabilitation goals, while providing a safe and stimulating learning environment and adhering to the center's policies and procedures.
Type and hours of work
* Full-time.
* 8 working hours per day.
* 6 working days per week.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education, or a Diploma degree in Special Education after a Bachelor's degree.
* It is preferable that the specialization or track is compatible with the targeted program.
* Proficiency in using computers, systems, and electronic applications.
* High skills in classroom environment management, effective communication, organization, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure and adhere to professional instructions.
