Job Title: Medical Insurance Claims Officer.

Job Description: The Medical Insurance Claims Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of medical insurance claims for patients. They coordinate between the hospital and insurance companies to ensure the collection of financial dues in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review patient files, examine insurance documents, and enhance communication with medical departments to complete any missing information.
• Ensure the entry of insurance claims data into the hospital's electronic systems.
• Follow up on the status of claims and coordinate with insurance companies regarding the submission of claims.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and resolve issues related to claims.
• Implement policies and ensure that medical invoices match insurance coverage conditions.
• Prepare periodic reports and archive insurance documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance or Health Services Administration.
