Saudi employee for one of the following technical professions:
- Mechanic Technician
- Electrical Technician
- Fire Technician
- Air Conditioning Technician
Responsibilities:
Air Conditioning and Fire Technician:
• Air conditioning and refrigeration work (Installation of units, ducting, maintenance).
• Follow up on fire system work (Plumbing networks, fire pumps, alarm panels).
Electrical Technician:
• Follow up on electrical work (Cable laying, installation of panels and switches, load testing).
General:
• Reading plans (Shop Drawings) and executing works according to engineering specifications.
• Providing daily reports on work progress and challenges to the responsible engineer.
• Ensuring compliance of workers with safety procedures inside laboratories and buildings.
• Coordinating with other departments (Civil – Architectural) to avoid conflicts at the site.
• Ensuring the readiness of equipment and materials before execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical "or" Electrical Engineering or a related specialty.
- Registered with the engineering authority as a technician.
- Practical experience in one of the required technical fields (mechanics, fire and air conditioning, electricity).
- Good knowledge of standards and regulations related to fire and safety systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read and understand engineering plans and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and in diverse work environments.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Preference among applicants will be based on the following:
- The applicant's residence should be close to the workplace.
- Being available for work (not a student or currently employed elsewhere).
- Being ready to start work immediately.
- Having knowledge of all the job requirements mentioned above and being ready to start.
