Cluster Executive Pastry Chef who will be instrumental in leading our pastry and bakery operations across both Raffles and Fairmont Red Sea.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations for all venues.
- Develop and implement standard recipes ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the culinary leadership to align offerings with our vision.
- Drive innovation in dessert and pastry creation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of pastry chefs.
- Manage pastry budgets and participate in menu engineering.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance experiences.
Qualifications:- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, with at least 5 years in a senior pastry role.
- Expertise in various pastry techniques and artistic presentation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
