We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Huraymila, Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to our maintenance operations.

Core Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the maintenance department. This includes ensuring efficient operations, team performance, and adherence to established procedures.

• Following procedures to identify maintenance needs, including estimating material quantities and costs.
• Distributing tasks to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and monitoring their performance and achievements.
• Assessing training requirements for maintenance teams and facilitating skill development or recommending specialized training programs.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Organizing, documenting, and archiving work reports and results.
