Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen brigade and develop the team members continuously.
  • Create menus that exceed customer expectations while adhering to brand standards.
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality food across all outlets.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Foster positive customer relations through proactive engagements.
  • Train, manage, and develop kitchen staff to ensure their compliance with hotel standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience as an Executive Chef or high-performing Sous Chef in a first-class establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Valid trade qualification in culinary arts.
