We are excited to announce that we are opening a new healthy Grab&Go café in Jeddah, and we are looking for a passionate Head Pastry Chef who is dedicated to healthy baking and high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the pastry kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and develop healthy pastries, breads, cookies, muffins, energy bars, and seasonal items.
  • Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning.
  • Ensure proper food safety, labeling, and storage standards are met.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
  • Support menu development and train kitchen staff.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
  • Experience in healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly baking is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
