Position: Receptionist (Laundry Store)

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome walk-in customers and register orders accurately.
  • Handle digital inquiries (phone/WhatsApp/messages) professionally and promptly.
  • Operate cashier and POS, issue invoices, and process payments.
  • Coordinate closely with production managers and staff to track orders and delivery timelines.
  • Update customers on order status and handle feedback/complaints with professionalism.
  • Manage item receiving and handover (tagging, counting, packaging, and delivery confirmation).
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and accurate records.
  • Follow service quality standards and keep customer information confidential.

Requirements
  • Arabic fluency is a must (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • POS/cashier experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic computer/data entry.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
  • Based in Jeddah.
