Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular daily market visits to customers based on the assigned journey plan to achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Enhance product visibility by securing new display spaces in stores.
  • Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure product freshness in assigned markets.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities within relevant stores.
  • Open new customer accounts by visiting prospects to promote our products.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in key supermarkets and wholesalers to maximize sales and optimize collections.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitors to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, reading) at an intermediate level or above.
  • Proven sales experience in supermarkets or wholesale sectors, preferably within the same region.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for daily operational challenges.

Reports Required:
  • Monthly customer stock level report.
  • Weekly competitor products, promotions, and activities report.
  • Monthly customer feedback report.
  • Daily use of handheld devices for reporting.
