Your organizational skills will help facilitate seamless coordination and enhance the productivity of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
