Main Responsibilities:- Marketing and selling the company's real estate products in Taif and Medina.
- Welcoming potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable offers to them.
- Organizing field visits to project sites.
- Continuously following up with clients until the sale process is completed and sales goals are achieved.
- Participating in implementing marketing activities and campaigns such as exhibitions and events.
- Preparing periodic reports on sales, clients, market status, and competitors.
Required Skills:- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and achieve sales goals.
- High organizational skills, professional appearance, and good behavior in dealing with clients.
Qualifications Required:- A qualification of at least a diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales in the Taif area and the western region.
- Possession of a real estate brokerage license and a valid driver's license.
