Key Responsibilities

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with Shangri-La Group. The role operates within a luxury hotel setting, contributing to a team focused on providing high standards of guest service.

A hotel concierge employee is required in Mecca. A personal car in good condition and a valid driver's license are required. The tasks include serving guests, carrying out some external tasks for the hotel, delivering documents or items or employees, and assisting in transporting guests to and from the holy mosque when needed, according to the hotel's systems and relevant authorities. There is appropriate compensation for using the car during working hours, with the possibility of discussing the number of working days or working hours. Preference is given to those with experience in hotels or customer service and good knowledge of the streets of Mecca.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team, where they will be responsible for communicating with drivers and organizing daily operations, managing internal and external correspondence, and preparing reports and administrative documents. The suitable candidate will coordinate daily office work, receive phone calls, and follow up on administrative transactions with various entities. A person who is organized with excellent communication skills and proficiency in using basic computer programs such as Word and Excel, and is familiar with Arabic and Urdu languages is required.
