Additionally, we provide consultancy for food and beverage business development and concept creation, with exciting projects in Jeddah, Taif, Madinah, and Riyadh.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Line Chef in Jeddah. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety standards, collaborate with the kitchen team for timely food production, and assist in menu planning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work station.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team for efficient food production.
  • Assist in developing and planning the menu.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to food presentation.
  • Previous experience as a Line Chef is preferred.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
  • Passion for food and culinary arts.
  • Basic food hygiene certificate.
  • Completion of an accredited commercial cookery course or trade apprenticeship.

Desirable:
  • NVQ Level 2.
