As a rapidly growing Saudi brand known for exquisite specialty coffee, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage and execute our Human Resources policies and procedures ensuring a positive and effective work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in the coffee, cafe, or retail sector.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize work effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Report writing skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labor laws, social insurance laws, and relevant governmental platforms.
- Understanding of medical insurance systems.
- Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design salary structures tailored to various organizational needs.
- Oversee organizational planning and development.
- Recruit and hire employees by managing job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Manage payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance.
- Establish employee performance evaluation systems.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Maintain employee records accurately.
- Handle labor disputes and provide employee advisory.
- Stay updated with governmental laws and implement them as directed.
- Create a system for managing job applications and maintaining a pool of candidates.
- Organize and archive all work-related files.
- Prepare periodic reports for managerial review.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
