Key Responsibilities:- Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair HVAC systems.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate causes of breakdowns and correct issues.
- Ensure code compliance and advise management on hazardous equipment.
- Assist during emergencies by operating generators and floodlights.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:- Knowledge and experience in electrical and HVAC systems.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to delivering high customer service standards.
- Excellent grooming standards and flexibility for various work situations.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
