• Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate causes of breakdowns and correct issues.
• Ensure code compliance and advise management on hazardous equipment.
• Assist during emergencies by operating generators and floodlights.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high customer service standards.
• Excellent grooming standards and flexibility for various work situations.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
