About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Applied Sales team. The role is responsible for handling technical inquiries from consultants, MEP contractors, and end users for HVAC/R applied products. You will ensure optimized unit selection as per project specifications and provide constant customer support to drive company performance and market share in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales quotas (QS and QB) and objectives agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • Execute assigned portions of the yearly sales plan.
  • Record and report sales activities as required by company standards.
  • Provide feedback on competitor pricing, product availability, and market trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring orders closely from production to delivery.
  • Maximize margins by adhering to company pricing policies and obtaining proper approvals for discounts.
  • Conduct regular visits to consultants, contractors, owners, and government departments to enhance market presence and secure specifications.
  • Service and grow the existing customer base while identifying opportunities in new sectors.
  • Cover the assigned territory as directed by the Area Manager.
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 510 years of experience in the HVAC/Air Conditioning industry.
  • Strong technical and application knowledge of HVAC machines.
  • Proven skills in problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Results-driven with strong teamwork orientation.
