You will be responsible for purchasing materials and goods in accordance with regulatory requirements, following up on the receipt of purchases, and matching quantities and specifications.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing and auditing purchase requests.
- Direct purchasing of materials and goods.
- Preparing tenders, distributing them, and collecting supply offers.
- Auditing study results and awarding the purchase order to the most suitable offer.
- Matching quantities and specifications upon receipt of purchases.
- Preparing and submitting work reports and documenting them.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Secondary Education.
