- Identify the necessary tools and supplies for performing support tasks according to established policies and procedures, and communicate shortages to relevant parties for procurement.
- Provide technical information regarding devices, systems, and software, and consult with IT specialists when larger issues arise.
- Document and organize all data and information related to the technical support operations conducted and prepare and archive work reports accordingly.
