Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Lead solution development tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate company departments to ensure partner performance objectives are met.
  • Drive the adoption of company programs among partners.
  • Meet sales and strategic targets by proactively leading joint partner planning processes.
  • Manage channel policies and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and native Mandarin speaker.
  • 3–5+ years in account management/business development, preferably in ICT, Telecom, or AI.
  • Prior experience in companies like Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, etc. is preferred.
  • Experience in Middle East markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC) is a strong advantage.

Skills:
  • Strong ability to manage customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Experience handling key accounts and high-value projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High degree of ownership and problem-solving skills.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
