Telephone Sales Representative (Real Estate) - Evening Shift

Job Objective

Receiving and classifying requests from customers interested in real estate, providing a detailed explanation of the projects, and converting the call from "just an inquiry" to "an appointment for a visit or inspection."

Brief Tasks:

  • Receiving Inquiries: Responding to incoming calls regarding the available real estate units.

  • Explaining Projects: Providing accurate details about locations, sizes, prices, and payment plans.

  • Lead Qualification: Determining the seriousness of the customer and their purchasing ability before transferring them to the field sales team.

  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating with customers to schedule visits to sites or offices.

  • Continuous Follow-up: Calling back interested customers who have not yet made a decision.

Requirements:

  • Persuasion Skills: The ability to highlight the advantages of the property in an attractive manner.

  • Patience and Tact: Dealing with repeated customer inquiries with high flexibility.

  • Real Estate Knowledge: Quick understanding of project details and financing systems.

  • Availability in the Evening: Commitment to evening working hours (peak time for customer calls).
