The company [Smart Trading] announces the availability of a job:

🔹 Job Title: Human Resources Employee (HR) + Government Relations (GR)

📍 Location: Riyadh, Al-Malqa District

🔸 Responsibilities:
- Managing employee affairs and recruitment
- Following up on government platforms (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Mudad)
- Preparing contracts and employment files
- Monitoring salaries, attendance, and departure
- Dealing with the Jisr system

🔸 Requirements:
- Experience of no less than 4 years
- Full familiarity with human resources systems in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in government relations
- Proficiency in using electronic systems (Jisr + Qiwa)
- Ability to work under pressure

💰 Salary: To be determined after the interview

We are looking for an organized and polite character to work part-time, to conduct regular visits to the workplace and follow up on the operations and employees.

🟣 Tasks:

• Follow up on employee attendance and departure
• Ensure compliance with systems and instructions
• Communicate with employees and take their feedback
• Submit a brief report on the work status
• Monitor observations and suggest improvements

🟣 Requirements:

• An organized and polite character in dealing
• Good communication skills
• Ability to observe and follow up
• Preferable to have some experience in management or organization

• Regular visits (once a month)
• Part-time fieldwork
