Leading and developing human resources management to achieve the company's strategic goals, building an effective work environment, ensuring the attraction of talents, and raising performance levels and compliance with approved systems and policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Preparing and implementing the human resources strategy in line with the company's overall strategy.

  • Supervising recruitment, selection, and workforce planning processes.

  • Developing and updating policies, procedures, and internal regulations periodically.

  • Managing job performance, and building evaluation, motivation, and accountability systems.

  • Supervising training and development programs and building career paths for employees.

  • Ensuring compliance with labor systems and relevant government regulations.

  • Managing employee relations and handling complaints and job disputes.

  • Supervising human resource systems (HRMS / ATS) and improving their utilization.

  • Preparing periodic reports and submitting recommendations to senior management.

  • Leading the human resources team and developing its performance.

  • Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
