This role is critical in ensuring the efficient execution of global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and international assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of overseas HR services.
  • Standardize and document HR processes to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate between HQ and overseas HR teams to resolve employee inquiries.
  • Improve Shared Service Center performance based on service satisfaction and business needs.
  • Introduce automation tools to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Shared Service Center, supporting international HR operations.
  • Experience in SSC process optimization with proficiency in digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination.
  • Proficient in English.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Operations, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
