Role Overview:
The HR Specialist will handle critical HR functions including attendance tracking, health insurance administration, government relations, and payroll processes. This role is essential to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance records, address issues, and manage employee leave requests.
  • Government Relations (GR): Handle HR-related governmental processes, including visa and work permit management.
  • Payroll Management: Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, prepare HR reports, and maintain employee data integrity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in an HR Specialist role.
  • Knowledge of government relations and labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of KSA labor laws.

About the Role:
