About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support our growing cybersecurity teams. You will partner with leadership to drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives that empower our people to thrive in a fast-paced security environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement HR policies, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Drive engagement programs that enhance retention and career development.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide workforce insights using HR analytics and data-driven reporting.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to support a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 35 years of HR experience in tech, cybersecurity, or high-growth industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, organizational design, and HR strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent.
