We’re Hiring: Senior HR Specialist
At Waad Aloqaili Couture, we are dedicated to building a structured, high-performance environment within our growing couture house. This role is suitable for an HR professional who can take ownership, bring organization, and support the development of effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, coordination, hiring)
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation, employee records, and internal files
  • Support onboarding processes and contract management
  • Assist in performance tracking and organizational structure development
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies
  • Coordinate effectively between team members and leadership
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong recruitment exposure
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and consistent follow-up
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or fast-paced environments
  • Exposure to building or improving HR processes
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
