Join Efficio as a Procurement Specialist - Indirects and make a significant impact in the procurement and supply chain landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, focusing on indirect categories.
  • Manage procurement processes from requirements gathering and market engagement to supplier selection and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
  • Lead supplier onboarding initiatives and conduct internal training.
  • Analyze spend and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/procurement systems.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end procurement experience.
  • Experience in managing procurement across indirect categories.
  • Track record of delivering savings through strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP procurement tools.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.

This role is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. We utilize AI tools in our recruitment process to enhance efficiency while maintaining human judgment in final hiring decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

- CIPS or CSCP certifications are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement for a Bachelor’s holder or 3 years for a Higher Diploma holder.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
