A receptionist is required to work in a prestigious organization, possessing a decent appearance and excellent communication skills, and who is proficient in both Arabic and English. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and visitors and directing them, answering phone calls, organizing appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.

Main tasks:
• Welcoming visitors, registering their data, and directing them to the relevant departments
• Answering phone inquiries and transferring calls
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Managing email and correspondence
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinating with various departments to facilitate the work of guests
• Assisting with simple administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
