Role Overview
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to join our team. If you are passionate about engineering, construction innovation, and client success — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell innovative building material solutions to clients and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Navigate approval processes with consultants and authorities for project specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and project pipelines to achieve company targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building materials, precast, construction chemicals, insulation systems, waterproofing, façade solutions, lightweight construction technologies, or concrete admixtures.
  • Strong knowledge of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Team player with a proven sales track record.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and traveling as needed.
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
